how does it work?

What is NLP?  
NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is the language of the mind. It's how we program the way in which we navigate life through our actions, reactions, behaviours and mindset. Our unconscious is so incredibly powerful that we limit our own greatness without even realising it. Through NLP we can change our internal coding towards greatness by engaging our conscious and modelling excellence.    

What is Time Line Therapy®?
Time Line Therapy® takes NLP one step further allowing people to let go of negative emotions like Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and guilt. These emotions are the most powerful inhibitors in our journey towards excellence and success. It is also an incredibly powerful therapy tool in helping people let go of Limiting Decisions like "I'm not good enough" or "I can't have what I want".    

How do I use these fundamentals to help you?  
Using NLP and Time Line Therapy® techniques and principals - I am able to focus on an client outcome and guide them through a 3, 6 or 12 session break through program, which is largely dependent on the grip the client has on the presenting problem and the willingness to overcome obstacles for change.
